What’s better than quick, easy, No-Bake Oreo Truffles. It’s the Christmas cookie good any time of year but doesn’t last a day around here.
- one bag of Oreo cookies
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- couverture chocolate (I used Wilton wafers)
- In a food processor, using the metal blade, combine the cookies and cream cheese to form a ball.
- Roll into one inch balls and chill.
- Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Bamboo skewers are great for dipping to coat.
